Merlins Pizza first opened its doors in Destin, Florida, in 1999. Since then, we’ve been a proud part of the Emerald Coast, serving up pizzas the way they should be—local, fresh, and uncompromising. We’re not tied to any national chain; we’re 100% local and dedicated to keeping it that way.

What makes us different?

Merlins Pizza is built on a simple idea: Life is too short to eat corporate pizza. That’s why we refuse to cut costs or compromise on what goes into every pie. We make our dough and sauce fresh daily—never pre-frozen, never pre-mixed, and never preserved with additives. Unlike many of our competitors who rely on convenience or cost-saving shortcuts, we won’t touch pre-made dough or pre-packaged sauce. You can taste the difference in every bite.

 Our produce is carefully selected with a focus on quality, hand-cut right here. The big chains chase cheaper pizzas—we chase better ones. We don’t pad our meats with soy or sneak cellulose powder into our cheese (Yes, that’s a real thing some of our competitors do). We’re committed to using only the best ingredients, no exceptions, because we believe Destin deserves nothing less.
